3 Bedrooms + Extra Bed, 2 Baths (Sleeps 4-8)

Guests often comment that our home exceeded their expectations. It's probably because of all the local materials and the attention to detail. There are local hard-wood floors throughout (even the bathrooms and kitchen), custom stained glass windows, granite counter tops, and lots of original artwork. There's also an outdoor shower, two beach cruiser and two mountain bikes, purified (by reverse osmosis) drinking water, your own water well with whole house ultra violet filtration system (no worries about running out of water or other problems association with "catchment systems" that are common in our area), solar-heated hot water, various board games, some good Hawaiiana books, various floaty pool toys, and plenty of etc.

#2 Tiki Cottage Deluxe

Cabin, 1 Bedroom, 1 Bath (Sleeps 2)

This Tiki "hut", cottage really, is one of a kind. Super tropical, you'll fee like you've been transported to Adventure Land in Disneyland of old. It's comfortable, arty, and definitely Hawaiian. Recently restored (finished November 2010) top to bottom, it's first life was a weekend house, built in 1964. We all know that the first people get the best locations. And, this small, and yet spacious, house was built on this huge warm pond when the land was first subdivided. The pond runs between 86 and 88 degrees Fahrenheit. Ahhhhhh, and it's all yours. Well you'll have to share with some of the resident fish. You can float around in here for hours!

Fabulous OCEANFRONT property with snorkeling, kayaking, surfing and swimming directly in front of the house! New home with everything. You'll love it. Roof Top Deck, with Hot Tub: Talk about a view! There is a 270 degree ocean view--no kidding. There are 2 chairs with ottomans. The moon and sun both rise out of the ocean and this is a fantastic place to see that. With a clear night, the stars, and the Milky Way, are awe-inspiring. There's not too many places in the world where you can see stars so close to the horizon.
